YB-520 Horizontal Packaging Machine - Four Stations

Equipment Introduction

Cup feeding: After the paper cup is counted by the cup counting frame, it falls and slides onto the cup table. Once detected by the optical eye, the turning mechanism pours and sends it to the heat sealing splint.
Film feeding: Upon cup detection, the PLC program sends a pulse to the servo driver to output the specific film length required for the cup's caliber.
Heat sealing: The hot air splint opens, the cup moves down, the splint closes, and the heat sealing knife seals the film to complete the bag.
Cup output: Sealed cups drop onto the rear conveyor. Based on the PLC memory function, different specifications are sorted into corresponding outlets.
