Filling Station Overview

The 3-in-1 filling machine combines rinsing, filling, and capping processes into a single automated system. It is specifically designed for mineral water, pure water, and other non-carbonated drinking water in PET bottles ranging from 200ml to 2L, with capacities from 2,000 to 42,000 BPH.

1. Rinser Station

Equipped with 32 rinsing nozzles, the bottle clamp holds the neck and rotates it 180° to face downward. High-pressure spray ensures the inner wall is thoroughly cleaned before being returned to an upright position for filling.

2. Filler Station

High-precision filling valves ensure accurate liquid levels with zero loss. The system features a "no bottle, no fill" mechanism. Stainless steel construction and conical sealing surfaces allow for easy cleaning and maintenance.

3. Capper Station

The capping head utilizes a constant torque device to ensure consistent quality. An anti-rotation knife keeps the bottle neck stable during the high-speed screwing process, ensuring a leak-proof seal every time.
