5 Gallon Blow Molding Machine

The blow molding machine is specifically designed to produce 3 gallon and 5 gallon bottles. It is widely used to produce various shapes of plastic from PET with neck finishes ranging from 15mm to 200mm.

5 Gallon Filling Line Components

1. Automatic De-capper: Specially designed for 5 gallon barreled drinking water production lines to remove caps efficiently.

2. Automatic Barrel Brushing Machine: Cleans both inner and outer surfaces. It reduces settling caused by mineral water and algae substances during the production process.

3. Automatic Barrel Loader: Reduces secondary pollution from manual operation by automatically conveying barrels into the mainframe for washing, increasing efficiency.

4. Barreled Water Filling Machine: Used for filling pure or mineral water into PET or PE barrels. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel for easy rinsing and corrosion resistance.
