This 3-in-1 filling machine combines rinsing, filling, and capping processes. It is specifically designed for PET bottles ranging from 200ml to 2L, handling mineral water, pure water, and other drinking liquids with a capacity ranging from 2,000 to 42,000 BPH.

1. Rinser Part

After entering the main machine via the transmission star wheel, bottles are held by clamps and turned 180° along the rinse rail. High-efficiency nozzles spray the inner walls. Once drained, the bottles are turned back upright and guided to the filling station.

2. Filler Station

Equipped with high-precision, high-speed valves that ensure accurate liquid levels without loss. The valve only opens when a bottle is present. Made from high-quality stainless steel with a conical sealing surface, the station is easy to clean and scale-free.

3. Capper Station

Anti-rotation knives keep the bottle upright and stable. The capping head uses a cam-driven mechanism to grab, place, and screw the caps. This constant torque device ensures high-quality sealing every time.

Water Treatment System

Includes raw water tanks, silica sand filters, active carbon filters, sodium ion exchangers, precision filters, and Reverse Osmosis (Hollow ultrafiltration) units followed by UV sterilization.

Bottle Blowing Machine

Fully automatic preform loading and unscrambling with a man-machine interface. Features a stable preform heating system and low energy consumption.

Labeling & Packaging

Options include Shrink Sleeve Labeling with PLC control and various packaging solutions like film shrink wrapping or carton packing (hot glue or tape sealing).
