This 3-in-1 filling machine combines rinsing, filling, and capping processes. It is specifically designed for PET bottles ranging from 200ml to 2L, handling mineral water, pure water, and other drinking liquids with a capacity ranging from 2,000 to 42,000 BPH.
After entering the main machine via the transmission star wheel, bottles are held by clamps and turned 180° along the rinse rail. High-efficiency nozzles spray the inner walls. Once drained, the bottles are turned back upright and guided to the filling station.
Equipped with high-precision, high-speed valves that ensure accurate liquid levels without loss. The valve only opens when a bottle is present. Made from high-quality stainless steel with a conical sealing surface, the station is easy to clean and scale-free.
Anti-rotation knives keep the bottle upright and stable. The capping head uses a cam-driven mechanism to grab, place, and screw the caps. This constant torque device ensures high-quality sealing every time.
